The machine is equipped with independent hydraulic and electrical systems. The hydraulic system utilizes cartridge valve integrated control, while the electrical system employs a PLC with a touchscreen for operation.

It operates through a human-machine interface with full numerical control, allowing for adjustable machine parameters such as working position, pressure, and speed, along with real-time data display. This design ensures ease of use and convenience in making adjustments. 

The machine can operate in both manual adjustment and semi-automatic cycle modes, with each working state capable of achieving either constant pressure or constant stroke pressing methods.

Controlled by a servo motor, this device offers high speed, precision, accurate control, high efficiency, energy savings, low noise levels, reduced oil temperature, an extended machine lifespan, and enhanced safety performance.

It provides options for single or dual workstations, facilitating rapid punching and one-piece molding.

Equipped with automatic dust collection and air-blowing devices, it effectively removes shavings, thereby extending the equipment's durability.
