1. Specially developed for wind power turbine blade auto-sewing device, reduce labor intensity of operator and increase sewing efficiency. 

2. Machine head equipped with X movement belt, Y direction driven with gear rack and pinion. Co-operate with guide rail to reach high precision sewing. 

3. With thread broken detection feature, thread broken then machine automatic stopped and parked aside waiting for threading. 

4. Adopted machine head and rotary hook separated design, control individually. With Y-axis saddler movement, reduced machine occupied area. 

5. Bobbin thread counting feature, set in the parameter, possible to remind for bobbin changing. After threading or bobbin replaced, press start button to make machine head moving back to stopped position for continue sewing. 

6. Equipped with a feeding table, after material paving then auto-delivery to sewing area for work. 

7. International brand servo motor drive, high precision with linear guide rail to transfer, ensure sewing precision. 

8. Upper & lower machine heads equipped with auto lubrication respectively, keep proceeding the lubrication, guarantee machine head lifetime. 

9. Within sewing area installed conveyor belt, then easy to unload material after sewing. 

10. Optional with Richpeace sewing CAD system, easy to realize special pattern designs sewing.
