Automatic Edge Alignment Relaxing Machine(Air-blowing)

1. Roll fabric unwounded and folded as flat fold state, to achieve the tension free for fabric placing.

2. Wave type air blowing device, in loosening fabric process, fabric is relaxed by the blowing device.

3. Adopted frequency variator driving the stepless speed control, more stable when fabric relaxation. Any speed can be set freely.

4. Special air-blowing device, create vibration for fabric, speed up the fabric tension release.

5. Electronic scale measurement and display can measure fabric length accurately.

6. Forward and reverse control, can loosen fabric  with right or wrong side and backward for rewinding.

7. Intelligent controller for edge-to-edge alignment, makes fabric folded neatly after relaxation.

8. Inverter controls the front fabric roller, and electronic sensor detected the fabric present, then delay to stop fabric placing to ensure tension free fabric placement.

9. Invertor for stepless speed control, relaxation speed and air-blowing capacity can be adjusted, in order to fulfil various types of fabric.
