6. Trimming system: dynamic electro-machinery trimming, able to control thread cutting length, higher efficiency, working quietly and improved embroidery quality and productivity. 

7. Three main shells: independent R&D and production of the needle stitching mechanism, hook mechanism and thread take-up mechanism to ensure the accuracy of dimension and the stability of quality. Aluminium alloy CNC processing, special surface treatment, precision and durability.

8. Auto-Color changes feature: auto or manual choice of any colors is possible. (Can be set up to 200 times) 

9. Auto-lifting on machine head: once embroidery work completed, needle and fabric press bar automatic lifting up 27mm, easy for frame changes work. 

10. Auto adjust needle height: according to the pattern, automatic or manual adjust the suitable needle height. 

11. Auto clean up bottom thread of chenille embroidery left hairy thread, ensure good quality embroidery work (optional). 

12. Intelligent thread broken detection feature: once thread broken then machine stopped and alarm, avoid touch up embroidery work. 

13. Automatic oil supply system: atomized oil supply, precisely control oil capacity. 

14. Machine frame is made of high-quality steel, high rigidity, horizontal platform welding. Super large gantry milling machine one-time milling and forming, double beams structure, precise and firm. Machine foot stoppers & casters dual design, more convenient for movement.
