V10.0 Super Nest adopts a new 64-bit architecture algorithm, which significantly improves the computing power of sample placement. In a very short period, a more efficient marker solution can be obtained, one super nest mode with various cutting methods can be provided, and the efficiency would be greatly improved compared with the older technology.

1.     Mixing Nest: Provide a general nesting method in which all cutting pieces are mixed together, and the directions of the pieces can be set (bidirectional, random vertical/oblique);

2.     One Set Group Nest: All cutting pieces of each panel of clothes are divided into groups (suitable for processing the color difference of the segment, and the pattern can also be bundled)

3.     One Size Group Nest: Patterns of the same size are arranged in a section (the same group), each size can be one or more sets

4.     Same Piece Group Nest: According to the name of the pattern, the pattern of the same name is placed in a section (multiple pieces can be in a section), suitable for the cutting of bags and shoes.

5.     Customize Group Nest: Any combination of different sizes/pieces in a group, suitable for special cutting methods such as avoiding color shade difference, assort order layout, etc.

6.     Distance Group Marker: Set the length and spacing of each section, the system will automatically place the pattern in each section according to the maximum utilization rate, suitable for pattern printing of flatbed cutting machine, cutting and marker layout of sheet-like fabrics (waterproof clothing and fishing pants), etc.

7. Blemish Avoidance Nest: Set the avoidance range according to the defect position of the fabric in the warp or weft direction, and the Super Nest will automatically avoid it.

8. Special Angle Nest: The angle of the pattern can be set according to the nesting requirement.
