3. Sewing head can be lifted within stroke of 50mm,to achieve safe stepping overthe frame and improve the adaptability ofthe sewing process. 

4. Equipped with upperthread clamping system, can meet product surface neatness requirement, clean no thread end left on the surface. 

5. Equipped with Thread-End clamping system, avoiding “birdnest”stitches at bottom and making more beautiful stitches. (Item 4 and item 5 cannot work atthe same time). 

6. The secondary thread-relaxing device reduces the tension difference between positive and reverse stitches, and keep the overall sewing effect consistent. 

7. Standard leather sewing rotary hook and bobbin case, suitable forthick thread sewing,reducing stuck problem. 

8. Cylinder plate with convex template, can fix heaviertemplate ortooling.

9. It can sew sponge composite products with thickness within 30mm, suitable for sewing materials with high strength and density. 

10. Intermittent moving frame mode can be selected to ensure sharp corner effect and calmly respond to customer stitches. 

11. Standard configuration with bowl-shaped presserfootto avoid damage orindentation to the fabric during the sewing process. 

12. Standard equipped with needle cooling system, avoid poor sewing caused by overheating ofthick needle during the sewing process. 

13. DLC treated needle bar and rotary hook shaft, wear-resistant, can work normally at high speed without oil or with little oil.

15. Automatic pneumatic thread trimming, upperthread breakage detection, bobbin thread counting, and eight-pattern circulation.
