1. Integrated design, fully automatic cup mask production from feeding raw materials to cup forming, sponge ring welding, cup border welding & cutting, automatic transferring to sticking outer nose clip and pad printing, headband buckle ultrasonic welding, automatic ultrasonic breathing valve welding (optional), manipulator grab and automatic convey, etc. 

2. The sponge ring is automatically welding to realize full automation from material roll to finished product without manual intervention.

3. Automatic Pad Printing device, high efficiency with clear pattern. 

4. Constant temperature induction, sticking outer nose clip automatically, smooth edge cutting and stable sticking.

5. The headband buckle is ultrasonically welded, and the headband is manually installed and adjusted, more convenient.

6. Finished Mask and scrap are separated automatically.
