1. Dual-servo control, detected by servo pulse. The pulse detection can be divided into two functions. The end seal  adopts pneumatic cutting;

 ① According to the mask size detection, the bag length can be set automatically to unlimited length. 

 ② According to the mask basing point detection, it can  identify the material position automatically to avoid  the empty bagging, stopping without or starting with material.

2. HMI operation panel, convenient and fast to set parameters, can store various specifications mask operation parameters, which can be picked out as per the mask specification. 

3. Self diagnostic function, remove faulty and reset in one step.

4. High sensitivity photoelectric sensor mark tracking, digitally input seal and cut position, making the position more accurate.

5. Independent PID control of temperature, suitable for various packing material.

6. Positioning stop function, material not sticking on the cutter, no wastage of packing film.

7. Simple transmission system with more reliable performance and more convenient maintenance.

8. All controls are performing by program, convenient on features tuning and technologies upgrade, fulfill intelligent operation.
