Richpeace disposable mask one-to-two automatic production line, suitable for the fully automated production of medical and ordinary disposable flat masks. The production line adopts the structure of "one-to-two". The main body of a mask is automatically transported and diverted to two sets of ear-loop automatic welding processing stations through the conveying system. The nose bridge clip automatically feeds and cuts, and it can also automatically cut and welding, then automatically count and stack. The whole production line does not require manual intervention, which is stable and efficient.

Equipment performance

1. The three layers of fabric (surface layer, filter layer and bottom layer) are automatically aligned and fed, bilateral symmetrical ultrasonic continuous edge pressing. After being cut by continuous roller pressing edge, it is divided to two stations for ear-loop welding to improve production efficiency. After the ear-loops are welded it will automatically count and stack.
