Elastic Belt Connecting Machine

1. LOGO positioning: through the color positioning system, single or multiple logo marks can be accurately positioning.

2. Preset production quantity: Production quantity can be easily preset through operation panel, elastic belt left & right width alignment adjusting, convenient and trouble-free.

3. Automatic feeding, infrared sensor: feeding device with heating function, can remove material winkle marks, in order to make more beautiful product. Meanwhile, infrared senor is used for preventing elastic belt deformed due to excessive tension while feeding.

4. Quickly pause function: When machine is running, pause function can be executed through control panel. Resume operation would not affect the normal feeding work.

5. Automatic by past knot-joint function: when elastic belt is joined by staples, or sticky tape, machine automatically senses the position and automatic ignore that portion, save material and labor, also protecting the cutter machine head.

6. Automatic alarm and machine stop: automatic alarm and machine stop when thread broken and no bobbin thread occurred.

7. Material collection: quantity of each bundle can be set as required. Automatically material collection, greatly improved productivity.
